Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Rapid Panda Movers to our customers. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These Terms are in compliance with industry standards and regulations, including The Campaign Registry (TCR) SMS registration requirements.

  1. Services

We provide professional moving services, including local residential moves, packing, and transportation. The scope of services will be outlined in the moving agreement or quote provided prior to the move.

  1. Quotes and Payments
  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by you. Final costs may vary due to additional services requested or unforeseen circumstances during the move.
  • Payment terms, including deposits, will be outlined in your moving agreement. Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All moves must be booked with $200 deposit for local moves or 25% down for Intrastate moves.  Deposits and final balance payments with credit card MUST be supported with a copy of the card holders drivers license and the authorization form filled out on the amount of the final invoice.
  • Final payments for all moves will be collected before unloading at destination. If calculated end time goes over the actual finish time, a Zelle transaction will be made to refund the customer for the difference. If the actual finish time goes over the calculated time, the customer will pay the difference in time to Rapid Panda Movers LLC.
  • Overnight charges. All of our trucks have assigned jobs on a daily basis. If for any reason that can happen during your move (Broken Elevators , buildings schedules or delays building admin permission, etc).  And the truck cannot be unloaded the same day of your schedule move and the customers belongings need to stay inside the truck for the night to be unloaded the next day a $250 overnight fee will be applied to your account so Rapid Panda Movers LLC can rent a truck and service the move that is already scheduled. Payable the day of the move.
  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled move date may incur a cancellation fee as specified in the agreement.
  • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for ensuring that items are packed securely (unless you have requested our packing services).
  • You must provide accurate information about access to both the pickup and delivery locations, including parking restrictions, stairs, or elevators.
  • You are responsible to be present at the time agreed in the contract at their apartment, storage unit or agreed place of work. Rapid Panda Movers Will grant 15-minute grace period of waiting time from their original starting time. After the 15 minutes are over the foreman will start the clock.
  1. Liability and Insurance
  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not liable for damage to items not packed by our team.
  • We provide basic liability coverage for loss or damage to items of $0.60 cents per pound per damaged article as required by law. Additional coverage options may be available upon request.
  1. Limitations of Liability
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Hazardous, illegal, or perishable items will not be transported, and we reserve the right to refuse such items.
  • We reserve the right to execute the move when the site is dangerous, hazardous or movers receive mistreatment from the customer or occupants of the house.
  • We are not responsible to move an oversized item if it doesn’t go through the door or elevator where all other items of the move go through. If we need to use optional ways to enter/exit an oversized item through a balcony, optional stairs or any other path, we reserve the right to not move it or charge extras for the extra labor involved to solve the problem.
  1. Data Collection and SMS Communication
  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS updates related to your move, including confirmations, updates, and reminders.
  • Your phone number will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes, as required by TCR regulations.
  • You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by contacting us.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration as outlined in Florida law.
  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
